so that earlier post was… in FEB? So SEPTEMBER 2012… on the 6th or so of September 2012 got a call from ACM saying my credit rating is still F**KED because I still have a $5000 default against my name by Telstra. This thing is from 2008/9 and still not resolved and 7 months after?
Seriously just fuck off already. This is borderline criminal. Mistaken Identitiy is one thing. Refusal to look into the matter and resolve it properly and fully is just disgusting. So I’m just meant to live with this? Who knows how long this is going to take to fix you fucktards.
Their twitter team said to “go to this link” and I did and after filling it out; got an error in submission. Fuck that too.
sometime in 2008/9, I got called by some credit agency saying I owed them/Telstra $15000 for some random telephone service+2x mobile plans at some address I never lived it - never mind that I had homeline service with them at a different location where I actually lived -where I was renting and had proof. sent details/docs via fax…etc etc. thought it was resolved.
2012. Found out my credit was affected as the matter wasn’t resolved. and had been affected by this. After I sent the faxes in 08/09; I had not heard back.
called them (credit agency) out.. lots of run around on the phone… then onto Telstra… and there was a lot of yelling involved at telstra; where they refused to even check within their own business that I had a phone service elsewhere; citing privacy concerns. So I couldn’t get matters resolved because they were being bloody idiots but could wreck my credit and make claims that this fradulent bills were mine.
Eventually, I faxed them everything I could find, called the retard on the receiving end an asshat and it finally got resolved. I still have the emails/letter I sent that idiot and the eventual response letter absolving the credit
2012. June 14th. Got a automated call from Telstra saying I owed $66. I haven’t had a phone service with Telstra since 2009. I currently have a prepaid mobile service with them. Had to call and ensure its not going to snowball into another services of credit/fraud claims. Something about a phone service and unpaid bill. Sure.
TELSTRA’S BACKEND. SUCKS.
Their 3G network and mobile coverage is great though. Will ONLY Go prepaid with them now.
